Firstly we will get to know you a little better, find out about your lifestyle, health history etc. then we will get to work setting some yoga goals and together using the tools and magic of Yoga. Each session we will focus on a different tool and work together on combining and exploring variety of tools which is best suited for you to create your own personalised Yoga practice. These tools include: Breath Centered Movement Grounding Techniques Intentions/Affirmations Breath Work Meditation And benefits include: Improving strength, balance and flexibility Stress, Anxiety and pain management Improving sleep quality Enhancing positive mindset and brighter moods Becoming more aware and mindful and so much more..
