Tea Ingredients
Containing a generous fusion of Tulsi, Turmeric, Ginger, Gotu Kola, and Ashwagandha, this tea not only offers a refreshing cleanse to the palate, but a range of potential wellness boosters as well. From this blend, you get the benefit of an antioxidant, immune booster, and relaxant – all in one.
Oil Ingredients:
Lemongrass, Peppermint, Wild Orange, Cypress & Fractionated Coconut Oil
Directions
Essential Oil Roller - Roll onto temples, chest, wrists, the souls of your feet & take an inhale through the nose & a big releasing exhale through the mouth
Essential Oil Mist Spray - Spray around your space, mist your face, & you can also spray onto your yoga mat
Herbal Tea - 1-2 teaspoons of the blend per cup into a strainer then add freshly boiled water at 100°C and let sit for approximately 5 minutes.
