Join me for A Breath Between the Years, an end-of-year yoga workshop designed to help you: 🌿 Reflect on the year that has been 🔥 Release what no longer serves you 💫 Renew your energy for the year ahead Through mindful movement, breathwork, and stillness, we’ll create space to honour your journey — letting go of the old and welcoming in the new with clarity and intention. 🕯️ Come as you are.
